Do I have to go to a dentist who is covered by my insurance?

How does out-of-network care work?

Out-of-network care means the dental provider is not contracted with your insurance company. However, this doesn’t mean insurance isn’t accepted. Instead, your insurance will cover a predetermined portion of your treatment costs. The amount covered is determined by your insurance provider, but it often allows for affordable care even with an out-of-network dentist.

As an out-of-network provider, we are here to help you navigate the reimbursement process. We will submit claims on your behalf and are available to answer any questions you may have.

Do I need dental insurance to be treated?

No, dental insurance is not required to receive treatment. Many patients opt to pay for their care directly without using insurance.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
